How does pricing work?+
Month 1 is your build, priced by where you're starting from: $3,500 for a redesign only, $4,700 for a redesign plus new brand, $5,500 for a new website, and $6,700 for a new brand and new website. From Month 2 on it's a flat $1,200 per month retainer. No separate foundation fee, no tiers.
How long does the build take?+
Most builds go live within the first 45 days of kickoff. If your project has unusual scope we'll give you a realistic timeline upfront before we start, rather than overpromise.
I already have a website. Do you start from scratch?+
We audit what you have, keep what's working, and rebuild what isn't. You won't lose your domain authority or the search rankings you've already earned.
What does the retainer actually cover?+
Audit, fix, report. We check speed, tracking, and how visitors actually behave on your site, handle the routine fixes ourselves, run A/B tests and on-page AI search optimization, and send you a plain-language report each month.
Will you change things without telling me?+
Routine technical fixes just get made. For anything bigger, we send you the suggested change first and get your yes before it goes live. You're never wondering what happened to your site.
Am I locked into a long-term contract?+
No. The retainer is month to month. Stay because it's working, not because you're locked in.
